Beginning Academic Year 2022 – 2023, Don Bosco School of Theology will be offering the Hyflex learning modality. The hybrid flexible or “HyFlex” learning modality is an instructional approach that combines face-to-face and online learning. Each class session and learning activity is offered in-person, synchronously online, and asynchronously online.
HyFlex allows Don Bosco School of Theology to respond flexibly to public health challenges and disruption from natural calamities without sacrificing learning objectives. Students will be able to make the same progress towards their degree even if in-campus instruction is interrupted. Hyflex will also allow us to continue to reach more people through its online platform. Students from other regions and other countries may continue to pursue their degrees or enrich their faith with our program offerings.
Don Bosco School of Theology classrooms is now powered with state-of-the-art HYFLEX Equipment. Each classroom is equipped with Smart TVs, High Definition Cameras, sound systems with digital mixers, and high-powered computers, and have upgraded our internet facilities to assure quality education to both those attending on-site and offs. We would like to thank the Jaime V. Ongpin Foundation for donating the equipment.
As we open the Academic Year with Hyflex Learning, we pursue our commitment to work for the New Evangelization with greater fervor and zeal and to be the leading center of Theological and Pastoral formation in Asia.
