YOU CANNOT TALK ABOUT GOD AND NOT TALK ABOUT HIS CREATION

Mr. Bert Guevarra, a former brgy. captain of Barangay Sun Valley and a member of the Philippine Alliance for Recycling & Materials Sustainability, led a session on composting at the Don Bosco School of Theology on July 13, 2022. Composting-related issues that we are now facing were addressed by Mr. Guevarra, who also provided suggestions for how we might address the issue and contribute to the community in solving the problems that we face.

Some members of the school’s professors and staff, as well as those from the Sandor Community, attended the seminar. It was mostly concerned with appropriate composting, ways to make our campus greener, and how to take excellent care of our soils.

The issue of the possibility of having a Food Shortage crisis in the near future was also brought up during the seminar, thus it was more further explained that it is the hope of our school to have healthier souls so that we can resort in farming our own produces that can both help our community and the other nearby communities as well.
