BLUE TAILED BEE EATER

Fairly common and found all over the country. They prefer to stay in wide open areas like, fields, wetlands and cultivations with lots of insects. They fly around in circular lazy glides, catching insects in mid-air. It is a colorful bird with a long blue tail. The call is a liquid chrrrip!
